All Natural Black Angus beef brisket from New Zealand. This fatty joint is trimmed prior to sale. Needing long, slow cooking, it is ideal for pot roasting or braising.
Brisket is a fatty cut of beef. The fat is found in pockets throughout the cut. It is sold with this fat. If you require lean beef I suggest you choose another cut such as chuck tender.
