The grapes used to make Roger de Flor come from selected vineyards in the Penedès area, where the varieties employed exhibit their full typicity.
Very pale straw yellow. Fine bubbles, well integrated into the wine. Primary varietal aromas (apples, citrus fruit, almond blossoms) are complemented with aging notes of honey and toast. In the mouth, fine bubbles and a balanced acidity are apparent even in the sweetest dosages.
Pairing: It is ideal as an aperitif, accompanying nuts, savoury tartlets, and assorted canapés.
