South Stream Market SSmile Reward Program Terms & Conditions

South Stream Market SSmile Reward Program (or the “Program”) is offered by South Stream Seafoods Ltd. By joining the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.  

1. Start Date
The program started from 01/06/2020. Customers can enjoy the SSmile(is the new currency of the bonus point)  with the invoice issued from the program start date and onward.

 

2. Eligibility
By creating an account with www.southstreammarket.com, you understand and acknowledge that you are automatically a member of the the Program. To register, you must provide a valid email address and basic personal information. Registration is free, and no purchase is necessary.  Members should not create multiple accounts by using alternate email addresses. 

 

3. Communications
Members who are registered in the Program agree to receive email messages with updates on their accounts as well as other promotional information from South Stream. 

 

4. Type of Membership
4.1 Depending on the amount of spending accumulated in the counting year, members will be classified into one of three Membership Levels.
- Silver Tier : $0 - $10,000 
- Gold Tier : $10,000.1 - $30,000 
- Diamond Tier : $30,000.1 or above

4.2 Once upgraded the status, you will maintain such status for 12 consecutive months. Re-qualify is required to maintain the current status in every consecutive 12-months.

 

5. How to Earn SSmile
5.1 SSmiles are earned on purchases made with southstreammarket.com. Members will earn SSmiles on merchandise items while enrolled in the program. 
5.2 SSmiles are earned on the net purchase amount after all discounts, promotional offers, rewards, and coupons have been applied. 
5.3 SSmiles will be credited to the member’s account when the invoice for the order has been issued for delivery to take effect. 
5.4 In case of goods returned, the corresponding SSmiles and "rewards/coupon" earned previously from the purchase of the returned goods will be deducted from the member’s account accordingly. 
5.5 SSmiles cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated. 
5.6 All SSmiles will expire in twelve (12) months from the calculation start date.
- New members register from 1/6/2020 onward: 
SSmiles will expire in twelve(12)months from the registered date. 
- Existing members without purchase within one(1) year: 
SSmiles will expire in twelve(12)months from the first purchase on or after 1/6/2020. 
- Existing members with purchase within one(1) year: 
SSmiles will expire in twelve(12)months from the first earned date of unused bonus points since between 1/6/2019.
5.7 More benefits will receive as member move through the tiers.
- Silver Tier: $1 = 1 SSmile
- Gold Tier: $1 = 2 SSmiles
- Diamond Tier: $1 = 3 SSmiles
5.8 The upgraded SSmiles reward will valid from next purchase after the status upgraded.

 

6. Rewards
6.1 You can redeem the reward via Redemption section under My Account. Tick off the redemption coupon of your choice to initiate redemption and fill in the promo code given for the corresponding " Coupon" before completing the checkout.
6.1.1 Minimum order amount is still required while using "Reward/Coupon". 
6.1.2 Only one promo code can be used for each transaction. 
6.1.3 There will be no refund on any residual balance of a "Reward/Coupon" of which the face value is greater than the total amount of the purchase.
6.2 There will be no changes, cancellation or refund to be made once a redemption request has been confirmed, nor any redeemed items can be exchanged.  
6.3 Rewards are available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. South Stream reserves the right to offer a replacement reward in case of supply shortage.
6.4 Rewards cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated. 
6.5 Rewards have no cash value and only one Reward can be redeemed in a single transaction. There will be no refund on any residual balance of a redemption coupon of which the face value is greater than the total amount of the purchase.  Any customer who returns goods acquired with a Reward will not receive a new Reward nor will there be a cash refund in any amount whatsoever. 

 

7. Cancellation
7.1 South Stream reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. All accrued SSmiles and Rewards in any affected account(s) will be valid until they are used or expired in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the cancellation of the Program.

7.2 South Stream can terminate any member’s account if the member has failed to comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, e.g. signing up multiple South Stream member accounts, or has otherwise engaged in inappropriate conduct, as determined by South Stream at its sole discretion. In case of a member’s account being terminated due to but not limited to any of the aforesaid reasons, that member will be ineligible to register for or participate in the Program in the future and all SSmiles and Rewards will be invalidated. South Stream reserves the right to take legal action to indemnify for all claims, damages, loss and legal expenses caused by the misconduct of such a member.

7.3 South Stream reserves the right of final interpretation and application of the Program Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. By participating in the Program, each member hereby releases South Stream from and against any and all claims, damages, loss, liabilities, and other expenses (including and without limitation, legal fees) relating to his/her participation in the Program, use of Rewards, or agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

 

8. Updates and Changes
8.1 These Terms and Conditions, as well as any Program elements, may be amended, updated, changed or cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of South Stream. Continued participation in the Program after a change has taken effect constitutes the member’s agreement to the change. In case of a member’s disagreement with any changes or amendments, the sole remedy is for the member to withdraw from participation in the Program.
