Bone-in Veal Chops - a smaller version of beef prime rib. Each rib weighing around 300g each (less for the smaller ribs). Typically one rib is served per person. Please indicate the weight you order.
You can specify in preparation instruction during checkout for cutting into individual chops or left whole as a veal rib roast.
