It's sourced from Royal Society For The Prevention of Cruelty To Animals (RSPCA) approved farm, and no moisture infusion.

If special cutting & packing instructions are not given during checkout, it will cut into steaks around 200g per piece by default.

Whole pork butts are around 2-2.5kg. If you want one left whole please indicate this in preparation instructions during checkout.
