Australian Grass Fed Chuck Tender - A very lean, tender piece of stewing beef. Excellent for use in stews and curries. Cut as steaks it's great for the BBQ - however it needs marinating and tenderising first.

If you would like it left as one piece, please indicate in preparation instruction during checkout. By default we cut it into steaks.
