Certified Organic Australian Chuck Tender - A very lean, tender piece of stewing beef. Excellent for use in stews and curries. Cut as steaks it's great for the BBQ - however it needs marinating and tenderizing first. The pack contains 2 pieces of Chuck Tender.
A cone-shaped muscle separated from the ridge of the shoulder blade and close to the meat of the shoulder blade. Rich in fiber, thick and chewy, so it is durable in cooking.
It is often used in Chinese stir-fry, pan-fried, stewed or other creative dishes. It can also be used in making beef jerky, it is often sliced and diced in Western cuisine and used in side dishes.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
