The pre-made Beef Wellington is made with the Australian Black Angus beef from Jack's Creek, with mushrooms, onions, butter, etc. It is hand-made and all the ingredients are wrapped in puff pastry.

Just follow the instructions and put it into the oven. It’s a convenient, quick and delicious comfort food. Enjoy it with the homemade wagyu gravy in the pack will enhance the flavour. 

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Defrost: Transfer the Wellington from the freezer to the 0-4°C fridge one day before. 
  2. Take it out from the fridge and leave it at room temperature for 10 mins.
  3. Preheat oven with full grill and convection at 200°C for 10mins. 
  4. Put Wellington on baking paper, brush pastry with egg yolk
  5. Put in oven/air fryer and bake until the desired doneness
    Oven: Medium Rare 25mins; Medium 30mins; Well Done 35mins
    Air Fryer: Medium Rare 22mins; Medium 25mins; Well Done 30mins
  6. Take out from the oven and rest for 10 mins. Cut and Enjoy!

This product does not contain preservatives, cook within 3 days after defrosting.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
