The winning recipe encompassed everything that Hellers were looking for, and its balanced combination of BBQ pork, honey, onion, garlic, chilli and paprika has been a huge hit with consumers.

It is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
