New Zealand Low Carb Molenberg Swiss Bake Bread - A light grain bread, with a light texture and all the goodness of grains.
Storage : Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Remark: Frozen bread is likely to soften during transit. Due to its porous nature, bread and pastry aren’t dense enough to retain the cold. Bread can be frozen and thawed several times without appreciable loss of quality if this is done in a timely manner. Take out what you need, allow it to soften enough that separate slices and immediately place the rest back in the freezer. Don’t allow it to soak up water in the form of melted ice crystals or you’ll get soggy bread. Don’t allow it to sit for hours outside the fridge or it may start to go moldy.
