New Zealand Smokehouse Blue Warehou found in the cooler coastal waters around the South Island in 20-200m water. It has a stronger flavour than the white which makes it ideal for cooking in pies, hash etc. Medium oil content.
The Smokehouse experience is based on the concept of delicately hot smoking local products using traditional brick kilns and natural manuka shavings.
