US Pork Tenderloin. Approx 1.5 inches in diameter (at the fat end) which then tapers to a point. The entire length of one piece is around 8-10 inches long. Very lean pork meat. Whole pack is around 1kg and contains 2 pieces of tenderloin. If you need one whole pack, please specify in preparation instruction during checkout.
Size : one whole piece around 800g-1000g.
Storage : Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
