Meaty bone-in beef short ribs from naturally raised New Zealand Black Angus grass fed cattle. The ribs are about 6 inches long.
These are currently being sold as a 4 rib pack. We can cut the ribs in half on request however we do not cut them into small pieces similar to what you find at a Korean BBQ restaurant.
Size: 1-1.5kg per pack.
