Whitestone cheeses are made using only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives are added. They are true to the source of our raw grass feed milk and believe the natural flavours should be allowed to carry through. Therefore, minimal flavour enhancers are added – natural maple smoke being the greatest one we use.
Aged to produce a full bodied flavour profile with a strong to sharp finish that intensifies with maturity. Airedale is a semi-soft gourmet cheese, made from semi-pasteurised cow's milk and the rind has a deep red wax coating.
