Whitestone cheeses are made using only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives are added. They are true to the source of our raw grass feed milk and believe the natural flavours should be allowed to carry through. Therefore, minimal flavour enhancers are added – natural maple smoke being the greatest one we use.
All of the milk is delivered fresh and raw to be pasteurised at our factory to produce export-certified cheese.
Whitestone’s premium milk produces a rich full flavoured Havarti-style with soft sticky texture and light acidic finish.
