Whitestone cheeses are made using only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives are added. They are true to the source of our raw grass-feed milk and believe the natural flavours should be allowed to carry through. Therefore, minimal flavour enhancers are added – natural maple smoke being the greatest one we use.
All of the milk is delivered fresh and raw to be pasteurised at our factory to produce export-certified cheese.
Aged 18-24 months this is a classic strong flavoured vintage cheddar with a crunchy texture and sharp finish. Cheddar is made the way it made them in the “old days”.
