Spain Aljomar Events!
Nuno Fernandez, the representative of ALJOMAR from Spain, came to Hong Kong to visit us last week, he deeply introduced the brand history, product features and some other relevant information to our colleagues. In addition to visiting our factory to understand the daily operation and sales, he also took time to participate in several events, including a wine-tasting dinner and a chef's table. During the events, he introduces Spanish Iberico pork and has a ham carving demonstration. All the chefs also exchanged their cooking in both Chinese and Western styles of cooking. We believe that everyone got benefited and have a better understanding of Iberico pork.
The wine-dining dinner comes to a success on 10th May. Everyone enjoys the delicious delicacy at Schnitzel & Schnaps. Apart from Spanish Iberico Pork, there also have jet-fresh King Salmon and PIO Yellow Chicken, matching with the fine wine, Perfect Meal ever.
We held two Chef's Tables, and invited numerous high-end restaurant head chefs and star chefs to participate. During the banquet, they can taste Iberico pig dishes in Chinese and Western cooking styles, including Chinese Char Siew, Pork Tenderloin with Foie Gras, and Cuttlefish Risotto with Pork Spareribs. They have a great time in exchange and share their cooking experiences!
