Beef tongue is tender and juicy, it is rich in flavour, with high-fat content and rich in marbling.
You can either cut in thick or thin slices, best for BBQ or grilling, and pan-fried.
If the beef tongue is thick cut, highly recommend grilled, it can also be stewed.
