This grand event features a special guest: Mons Export Sales Manager Caroline Deboos, who will travel to Hong Kong to join Somm ACE founder and renowned sommelier Ace Lee, with over 20 years of experience, to lead an in-depth culinary exploration.

From the cave-aged flavors of Auvergne in France to the delicate richness of Jura, the evening will present a variety of Mons' exclusive cheeses, personally selected by Ace and paired with top wines such as Domaine Rewa and Domaine Ogereau, analyzing their exquisite flavor balance.
