From the Mediterranean character of the Penedès region, Clos la Soleya cavas are born, fresh and young. Aged for twelve months, they are ideal to liven up aperitifs and celebrations. With no other commitment than respecting the traditional method and local varieties to obtain lively and fruity sparkling wines.
This cava is made with Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada varieties and aged for 12 months. It has a straw yellow color, with fine bubbles and a balanced and constant rising bubble.
Its aroma is intense, with hints of citrus, fresh fruit and white flowers. The taste is balanced, creamy and fresh, with finesse and elegance without losing its youthfulness.
