WBI (Wisconsin Beef Industries) a brand of American Foods Group, steer slaughter facility located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
AFG/WBI Beef production has been well established for many years. It has sourced from, and worked with, contract farmers and family feedlots in the Midwest (as far away as Nebraska) who not only raise cattle, but are also growers of corn, which they feed to the cattle. This way, the stock often gets extra feed and therefore produces better defined cattle that result in higher quality beef.
The beef is custom-aged for a minimum of 30 days to reach perfection.
Storage: Keep chilled at 0-4°C
