Tasting Notes: The rind is thick, grey and a bit fluffy with yellow and red spots and a white ivory paste. It has a mushroom and humid cellar scent with a soft, nutty and herbaceous taste.
Pairing Suggestion: The tomme can be enjoyed on a platter or integrated into your dishes, with bacon or fruit such as pears, mangoes or figs.
