Raclette is a traditional mountain cheese, served melty using a machine, or a wood fire, often enjoyed with potatoes and cold meats. Victims of their success, quality Raclettes, even in the mountains, are becoming scarce. That’s why, Mons decided to make their own Raclette, made from high quality raw fresh local and organic cow’s milk. The ripening takes place in Mons’s cellars in order to always control the process from start to finish.
